Should you upgrade a stone or a pet?
Choose the option whose displayed effect addresses your current bottleneck at a cost you are willing to pay. +1 Stone Skipping officially includes unlockable stones and unusual throwables, as well as pets with boosts. That confirms both systems exist, but it does not establish a universal stone-first or pet-first spending order.
Start by inspecting owned equipment. A comparison between two shop pictures tells you less than a comparison between equipped effects. The historical tutorial shows equipping a stone before introducing pet collection, but tutorial order alone does not prove the most efficient purchase order at every stage.
Filter the systems you need to compare
Choose Compare upgrades to isolate stones and pets, or view the earning systems that fund the next decision. Click a column heading to sort.
| Pet boosts | Adds the equipped pet's displayed boost | Owned pet effect and equipped-slot state | Displayed effect and gain under the same conditions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rebirth | Starts the rebirth progression described by the game | Requirement, reward and every reset warning | Recovery toward the same pre-rebirth goal |
| Skill & training | Builds Skill and levels toward farther throws | Skill gain, level progress and active boosts | Level progress and reached zone |
| Stones & throwables | Replaces the equipped throwable | Requirement, currency, price and listed effect | Reached zone with boosts and pets held constant |
| Wins & farther zones | Adds Wins through throws reaching farther zones | Wins balance before and after the throw | Wins earned per completed throw |
Evaluate an upgrade before spending
Name one goal
Choose a reached zone, displayed level requirement or shown unlock. Keep the same goal for both options so a cosmetic preference is not mistaken for a progression comparison.
Read the live offer
Copy the price, currency, requirement and listed effect. Check whether the item is a direct unlock, a chance-based result or a premium offer. Do not infer the currency from an unfamiliar icon.
Check the equipped state
Make sure the current stone and pets are active. In the October 1 recording, a pet result and a later Equipped counter are separate UI states. Seeing a pet in the collection is not the same observation as seeing it equipped.
Change one variable
For owned alternatives, compare one stone change while keeping pets and boosts stable, or one pet change while keeping the throwable stable. Note level changes during the test.
What makes an equipment test fair?
Compare the same goal under similar conditions. As a small proposed test, record three completed throws with each owned setup and compare the middle result rather than selecting the best single throw. Three throws are a practical observation protocol, not a statistical guarantee or an experiment this wiki claims to have performed.
Record the reached zone, displayed distance with its unit, and Wins gained per throw. If a timed boost expires, a new level is reached or another system changes, split the observations into separate groups. Without that control, a longer throw may be the result of training progress rather than the item you swapped.
If you cannot test an unowned option without buying it, rely on its live description and label the decision as untested. Preserve a budget for the goal you actually chose; a collection unlock can be worthwhile for enjoyment without being the best progression purchase.
How should you read an egg or random offer?
Read the possible results and any disclosed probability before accepting a chance-based offer. A highlighted pet is not a promise of the next result. If the live interface does not disclose odds, this wiki cannot calculate the expected number of attempts or the expected cost of that pet.
Also check whether an effect applies immediately, needs an equip action or expires after a timer. Record those conditions beside the price; comparing only the largest number on two offers can hide a temporary effect or a different resource requirement.
Equipment questions
Can you throw a donut?
The official Meow Labs experience description explicitly includes a donut among the unusual throwables. Its current unlock requirement and performance have not been verified by this wiki.
How many pets can I equip?
The October 1 recording shows an Equipped counter with a slot limit, but this wiki does not treat that historical account's limit as a universal current cap. Read the equipped counter and any unlock terms in your session.

The recording shows the new-stone objective near 0:55, a pet menu near 2:00, a pet result near 2:05 and an Equipped counter near 2:10. It supports menu and equip-state observations, not current prices, odds or a universal slot cap. Historical UI observations were checked against timestamped frames on October 5, 2026. This is a community recording, not a test of today's server or verification of its code claims.
